Curating spaces that allow artists to create freely within their craft

In October 2021, I gave myself the gift of therapy; I could only afford four sessions.

Halfway through, I realized how much it was helping, and for the last two sessions, I approached them as if it were a class, studying what the therapist was doing that was working. After the last session, I determined that I wasn’t going to let money stop me from processing my mental health. From that day forward, I worked to reverse engineer and self-study therapy techniques to self-therapize. It worked.

My self-therapy experiment helped me heal from my traumas and repair the relationships in my life; most important of all, I began to heal the relationship with myself.

I went on to develop the brand goodphilosophy to share the tools I learned; the idea that a T-shirt could be a tool… a reminder. I had a sense that if it was working for me, it could work for others. Now, I use my brand and my voice to create spaces for people to simply be—a space for others to love themselves as I have come to love myself.
